Refund policy
Due to the hygienic nature of luxury raw hair products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on used, installed, altered, brushed, combed, colored, cut, or chemically processed hair extensions, wigs, closures, or frontals.
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an incorrect order or believe there is a manufacturing issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number for review.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- Hair must remain unopened and unused
- Original zip ties, bundle wraps, and packaging must be intact
- No signs of wear, installation, cutting, coloring, or product use
- Request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom wigs
- Colored/613 hair
- Sale or promotional items
- Installed or altered products
- Digital products or services
Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless an error was made by Devine Desire Beauty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Processing
Approved exchanges or store credits are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
